CPP APEX 2 | Hydraulic Sim Racing Pedals
CPP APEX brings CONSPIT’s hydraulic braking and high-precision sensing technology into a streamlined pedal platform. Its hydraulic brake system and 10MPa high-precision pressure sensor accurately capture changes in braking pressure, providing detailed control during initial brake application, threshold braking and trail braking.
Longitudinal Dual-Cylinder Hydraulic Design
The brake combines a hydraulic cylinder and elastomer cylinder in a longitudinal integrated layout, with a die-cast aluminum brake cylinder and CNC-machined internal bore.
10MPa High-Precision Hydraulic Sensor
A 10MPa automotive-grade hydraulic pressure sensor measures braking pressure directly, providing precise and linear input from heavy initial braking through the progressive brake release into a corner.
Two-Stage Brake Feel
CPP APEX combines a spring and elastomer system to create a progressive two-stage brake feel. The spring provides the initial pedal movement, while the elastomer generates firmer resistance as brake pressure increases. Different elastomer combinations allow the brake feel to be further adjusted.
Enclosed Throttle Design
The throttle uses an enclosed structure with a Hall sensor for precise input while helping protect the internal mechanism from dust and debris.
Precision Aluminum Construction
Major components are manufactured from high-grade aluminum with T6 heat treatment, CNC machining, sandblasting and anodizing for rigidity, durability and a refined finish.
Precision Bearing Design
Precision-machined components and bearing-supported pedal mechanisms reduce mechanical play and friction, maintaining smooth and consistent pedal movement.
